2. Using this website
- The information on this site is provided for general guidance. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but specifications, images and availability may change, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell until we confirm it in a written quotation.
- You may view, download and print pages for your own use when considering our products. You must not copy, reproduce, republish or adapt the site's text, images, designs or code, in whole or in part, for any other purpose without our written permission.
- You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to it.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
3. Prices and quotations
- Prices on the site are in pounds sterling, are shown excluding VAT (added at the standard rate, currently 20%), and are for supply only. Delivery, installation and dismantle are available on request and are quoted separately, on a show-by-show basis.
- Prices exclude venue services, flooring, TVs and furniture unless your quotation says otherwise.
- Your quotation sets out the final price, including VAT, your payment terms and how long the quotation is valid.
- Free design concepts are provided without obligation.
4. Orders
- A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (including by email). Any specific terms in your quotation or order confirmation take priority over these general terms.
- Production begins once you have approved the final artwork and design, and any payment due before production has been received.
- You are responsible for checking proofs carefully. We are not responsible for errors in artwork you have approved.
5. Artwork and designs
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logos, images, text and other material you supply to us, and that our use of it for your order will not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Designs, drawings and 3D visuals we create remain our intellectual property. Once your order is paid in full you may use them in connection with your stand. You may not use our designs to have a stand produced by another supplier without our written agreement.
6. Delivery, collection and installation
- Orders can be collected from our premises, or delivered to an address on the UK mainland if you have arranged delivery with us. Delivery and installation dates are estimates unless agreed in writing.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on collection or delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
- Where we install or dismantle a stand, you must make sure we have access to the stand space at the agreed times.
7. Venue requirements
You are responsible for checking the organiser's and venue's rules for your stand, including any height limits, build approval and fire safety requirements. We will provide fire certificates and product documentation on request, and can liaise with the organiser or venue on your behalf if you ask us to.
8. Changes and cancellations
Because our stands are designed and printed to order, once production has started an order cannot be cancelled without paying for the work already done and materials used. Any cancellation terms specific to your order will be set out in your quotation.
9. Care and reuse
Our stands are made from engineered cardboard. To keep them in good condition for reuse, store them flat and dry and follow our care guidance. We are not responsible for damage caused by moisture, misuse or modification after delivery.
10. Our liability
- If you are a business customer, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, business or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
11. Your information
We use the information you give us as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
12. General
- We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
- Translations are provided for convenience; if there is any difference, the English version applies.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
