What is 10mm Reboard (Engineered Cardboard)?
10mm reboard is a high-performance, engineered cardboard panel with a lightweight sandwich (honeycomb) core and tough liner faces. Despite being paper-based, the 10mm thickness gives the panels excellent rigidity and impact resistance, ideal for self-supporting walls, counters, shelving details and fascias on exhibition stands.
- Strong & durable: The 10mm thickness and engineered core create a panel that feels solid in the hand, resists flexing on larger spans, and shrugs off everyday knocks at busy shows.
- Lightweight: Typically ~1.5–2.0 kg per m², so it’s easy to handle, safer to install, and cheaper to ship compared with timber/MDF builds.
- Precision-cut: We CNC-cut every component for perfect joints, hidden fixings, cable runs, and clean, repeatable assembly.
- Print-ready: Direct-to-panel UV printing delivers rich colours and crisp detail; we can also laminate for extra scuff resistance.
- Reusable & recyclable: Panels are designed to be dismantled and stored for future events. At end-of-life they go into standard paper/card recycling streams.
